1- FRAME
Manufactured in 2.5 mm thick laminated steel profile. Z-shape cold-conformed and electrowelded at top steps. Special fit in the profile for housing and protection of the intumescent tape. It also has fire-repellent PVC sealant all round. We also make special “Duella” frames to order; surrounding the wall.
2.- SHEETS
Formed by box and cover in polished iron sheet, 1.2 mm, bent and electrowelded, forming a self-bearing unit. Its inside has a rigid rock wool panel. On the sides it features a housing for the integration of the electrowelded hinges.
3.- THERMAL INSULTACION
According to the door fire resistance classification:
- E.I.-60- Rigid basalt rock wool panel, “ROCKWOOL” or similar, 60 mm thick. Density of 145 kg. / m3. M-0 incombustible fire reaction.
- E.I.-90- Rigid basalt rock wool panel, “ROCKWOOL” or similar, 60 mm thick. Density of 145 kg. / m3. M-0 incombustible fire reaction.PLADUR- FOC 15-mm thick plaster cardboard panels.
- E.I.-120- Rigid basalt rock wool panel, “ROCKWOOL” or similar, 30 mm thick. Density: 145 kg. / m3. M-0 incombustible fire reaction.Two PLADUR- FOC 15-mm thick plaster cardboard panels.
- E.I.- 180- Rigid basalt rock wool panel, “ROCKWOOL” or similar de 30 mm thick. Density: 145 Kg. / m3. M-0 incombustible fire reaction. Three PLADUR-FOC 15-mm thick plaster cardboard panels.
4.- HINGES
Firewall hinges with inner cemented antiwear axles, according to the DIN-18272 standard, electrowelded to the door frame and leaf. One of the hinges has an adjustable inner spring that permits the automatic closing of the door.
5. LOCK
The “GRASES” 63 mm fire doors feature a firewall lock, reversible, embedded in the side of the leaf, with link, pin acted by an 80-mm long metal cylinder of the YALE type European profile, with three latchkeys.
6. HANDLES
A set of firewall handles are supplied, with anti-hooking device on the inside and outside of the door, with steel core and lined with black fire-repellent plastic.
7.- FINISH
The “GRASES” 63-mm fire doors are supplied with a paint layer M0 lacquered into the oven.
8.- AIRTIGHT SEAL
Patented system.Gold gas joint: specially-conformed PVC perimetral profile. Fire-repellent, acts to 130 oC. M-1 fire reaction (No inflammation). Intumescent joint - hot gases and fire-: 13 x 2 mm “PALUSOL” perimetral tape lined with self-adhesive fire-repellent tape. Expansive capacity 1/10 as of 130oC. M-1 fire reaction (Not inflammable).
